Unable To Log Into Oracle Advanced Authencation (OAA) OAA-Admin, Fido or SPUI Pages After OAA Installation (Doc ID 2801092.1)

Goal

 After the installation of Oracle Advanced Authentication (OAA), cannot log into any of the OAuth protected pages. 

When calling any of the three OAA Pages:

AdminUrl=https://<OAA_HOSTNAME>:<ADMIN_PORT>/oaa-admin

SpuiUrl=https://<OAA_HOSTNAME>:<SPUI_PORT>/oaa/rui

Fido=https://<OAA_HOSTNAME>:<FIDO_PORT>/fido

 You are presented with the Oracle Access Manager (OAM) Login page. After providing correct login credentials, the following page is provided on the consent.jsp page:

 Unlike <NOTE: 2780478.1> this affects the OAA Admin and Fido pages as well.
