Java CAPS Domain Was Crashed And Restart Failed Automatically. (Doc ID 2801487.1)

Why did eGate 5.1.3 fail to restart after experiencing a crash. The following error was send when trying to restart:
in stcms.log, STCMS failed recovery dbs files.

12-Jul-2021 03:10:17.672 stcms ERROR 29372 [STCMalloc.cpp:223]: Malloc() : Failed to allocate memory
12-Jul-2021 03:10:17.672 stcms ERROR 29372 [Socket.cpp:292]: Socket() : constructor - malloc of read buffer failed
12-Jul-2021 03:10:17.812 stcms FATAL 29372 [Socket.cpp:295]: Insufficient memory to allocate an object of type struct _Envelope_t *, exiting now!
