TaskQueryService fails during Acquire API Call (Doc ID 2801489.1)

When calling TaskQueryService  API to acquire a task, occasionally the following error is produced:


exception.type: ERROR
exception.severity: 2 Invalid action on workflow task or user does not have privilege to perform this action.
exception.description: Action ACQUIRE on task 9704d633-f7be-4182-a929-f598d7bc1ee6 cannot be performed by <user>
exception.fix: Make sure that the action is valid with respect to the current state of the task or ensure that the user has privilege to perform this action on the workflow task.
