Symptoms
Login/Logout fails intermittently HTTP-404 Error
- OAM Servers fronted by a load Balancer
Logout - URL https://<LBR_FQDN>/oam/server/obrareq.cgi and https://<LBR_FQDN>/oam/server/logout
Login - Multiple attempts during login, the 404 error would happen 1 to 3 times for the same user before finally succeeding
- No issues or error seen in the OAM Server or Webgate logs.
Changes
Added/Configured Load Balancer in front of both the OAM Servers and the Policy Manager Servers
