Error "Request Received Without A Valid User" Received On Web Form Access (Doc ID 2801960.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, BPEL Service Engine

Since upgrade to 12.2.1.4 we have been receiving the error: "oracle.bpel.services.workflow.worklist.webform.WebFormAuthFilterdoFilter: Request received without a valid user." every time a BPMN web form is opened. Though it appears innocuous (user is now aware) the error floods the soa logs due to its frequency.
