The "oam_admin" application fails to start after applying either one of the following two OAM 12.2.1.4 Bundle Patches - <Patch:32749655> OAM BUNDLE PATCH 12.2.1.4.210408 or <Patch:32971905> OAM BUNDLE PATCH 12.2.1.4.210607
