Releasing a PO Invoice In WFR WebVerifier Generates Error "POLineItems no table found" (Doc ID 2802138.1)

Symptoms

In WFR WebVerifier, a user updates all the red fields with the data from the invoice and hits enter on the key board.  The below error message appears:

POLineItems no table found.

How can this be resolved?
