Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

In a 12.2.1.4.x environment, Coherence JMX management using REST API Endpoint to list services in a cluster returns HTTP 500 when the cluster has no services. User is using following coherence REST services endpoint for services monitoring, http://<host-name>:<port>/management/coherence/latest/clusters/services/'. The documentation reference for the REST API for Managing Oracle Coherence. When accessing to the coherence services endpoint, all is good if there are services running in that cluster however the response is HTTP 500 (Internal Server Error) when there are no services.

Expected behavior would be to respond with HTTP 200 and an empty json listing no services.
