OdiSftpGet Performance in ODI 12.2.1.4 on IBM AIX is Very Slow Compared to ODI 11g (Doc ID 2802653.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading from Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 11g to 12.2.1.4, the OdiSftpGet operation is taking 3 times longer to pull a file from the SFTP server via JavaEE Agent.

As an example, a 500MB file is pulled from SFTP Server on ODI 11.1.1.9 in 3 - 4 minutes.

While on ODI 12.2.1.4, the same 500MB file is pulled in 10 - 12 minutes.

The slowness is observed only when the ODI host is using IBM AIX operating system.

Changes

 Upgrade from ODI 11g to ODI 12.2.1.4.
