Access Log Is Not Getting Updated On Oracle API Gateway (Doc ID 2802922.1)

Goal

After following the below steps for updating the access log, it is not updated.

1. Open Policy Studio and Connect to API Gateway; Connect to server; enter the administration password.
2. Select the Group and Click on "Edit Active Configuration"; enter passphrase for the desired group.

To configure the Access Log in the Policy Studio tree, select the Server Settings node, and click Logging > Access Log.  Alternatively, it is possible to make the same change in the Policy Studio main menu by selecting Tasks > Manage Gateway Settings > Logging > Access Log.

To confirm updates to these settings, click Apply Changes at the bottom right of the screen.

Why is there no information in the access log after performing these steps?
