Password Encryption Is Not Working In WFR and Error "PONumber Unable to connect to database" Occurs When Selecting the PONumber Field in Verifier (Doc ID 2803606.1)

The 1007G .INI file has been configured to use an encrypted password to connect to the PO Database. 

In Verifier, clicking in the PO Number field generates the following error message:

PONumber Unable to connect to database

When the encrypted password configuration is removed from the .INI, the PO Database is accessible.
