Goal

The user reported that there are startup issues after doubled the number of JVMs on each physical server and since then the administrator has been seeing intermittent issues when the user restarts the cluster. Not all the nodes are joining the cluster and the administrator needed to continue to abort/retry. What is the reason for such failures?
