Purpose

The purpose of this document is to provide the settings for successfully running the OdiInvokeWebService tool to access a Web Service which requires TLS 1.2 protocol, and SSL based on a Trusted Authority Signed Certificate, using:

The steps below have been implemented for ServiceNow Web Service, which has been recently updated to accept TLS 1.2 protocol only.

The Web Service uses one-way authentication.
