OID 12c: Logs Are Not Getting Updated / Recorded / Generated (Doc ID 2804181.1)

Symptoms

On a high availability environment with 2 OID nodes, OID Node-2 logs are not written / generated though server is up and running.

Logs directory is <$DOMAIN_HOME>/servers/OID/logs/oid2

Node-1 is fine.

OID Node-2 logs must get updated same as OID Node-1.
