OID 12c Logs Are Not Getting Updated (Doc ID 2804181.1)

Symptoms

On : 12c version, OID LDAP Server

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
High Availability with 2 OID nodes.

OID Node-2 logs are not written though server is up and running.

Logs directory is <$DOMAIN_HOME>/servers/OID/logs/oid2

Node-1 is fine.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
OID Node-2 logs must get updated same as OID Node-1.
