Symptoms
While a user is logged in and active, browsing through protected resources, the user is forcibly logged out at the defined 'Idle Timeout settings'.
- The logoff is triggered at the Application Domain specified 'Idle Timeout' settings as well as the Global Idle Timeout Settting, whichever is set to the lowest setting
- From OAM Diag log ...
