Goal

In OSB proxy service definition, when oracle/wss_http_token_service_policy is attached to the proxy for security and when we mention particular user in the policy over rides over ride value, the proxy service should be only accessible to that particular user. But the proxy service is accessible to any user that is defined in the security group, even the user with read only weblogic server permissions is able to access the proxy service
