Stdout Log of Windows Service NodeManager Does Not Rotate When Managed Servers or OHS Is Running From The NodeManager (Doc ID 2805490.1)

Oracle HTTP Server - Version 12.2.1.3.0 and later

Symptoms

 The stdout log of node manager which is registered as a windows service does not rotate when managed servers or Oracle HTTP Server(OHS) is running from the nodemanager.

When the OHS or managed servers are stopped, the rotation is performed normally.

The following was logged when the rotation failed.
