OSB 12.2.1.x - Problem Accessing To Configuration Attribute Of WSDL Based Pipeline

Goal
In OSB 12.2.1.3 and 12.2.1.4 we have a problem accessing the Configuration attribute related to a OSB Pipeline
This is the MBEAN:
com.oracle.osb:Name=Pipeline$NPE_pipeline_prj$proxy$TestPipeline,Location=DefaultServer,Type=ResourceConfigurationMBean
We are interested to the Configuration Attribute of this MBEAN, but when we try to access to Configuration Attibute of this Pipeline we receive a NPE.
Looking from MBEAN Explorer is seems this MBEAN is empty (please find attached the screenshot)
The problem occurs with these Pipeline type:
WSDL Based Service - SOAP 1.1
