Seeing Different Date Log Formats between 2 Domains (Doc ID 2807065.1)

Goal

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, OSB Core Functionality

On 2 new domains(OSB+SOA) in same VM's. Logs shows that there is a logging format difference observed for both the domains. No changes on the logging format where made intentionally.

1. Domain 1: Default log format seen in Weblogic console
