User Defined Flags (UDs) are Disregarded in "getColList()" Using ODI 12c (Doc ID 2807424.1)

Symptoms

Using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12.2.1.4.0, the getColList() in an LKM is not picking up the User Defined Flags in the Mapping, when the "Execution on Hint" is set to anything other than Source.

The UD flags are completely ignored.
