Custom Beans are not Available in WebCenter Portal after Upgrade from 11g to 12c

Custom Beans are not available in WebCenter Portal after upgrade from 11g to 12c.
Expect to be able to call the custom beans from WebCenter Portal pages.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
- Migrate from Custom WebCenter Portal Application to WebCenter Spaces in 188.8.131.52 release.
- Upgrade to WebCenter Portal 12c.
- Try to call the custom beans from a Portal Page.
Here it is noticed the custom beans are not migrated.
