How To Edit OWSM Cross Component Wiring In 12c Without Adding AN SSL URL (Doc ID 2807556.1)

Goal

When attempting to edit the cross component wiring URLs in the Fusion Middleware console, (Menu option WebLogic Domain -> Cross component Wiring -> Service Tables) there is a box to add an SSL URL and filling this box is mandatory.  Since the environment in use does not have SSL configured, there is no URL that can be placed in this box in this use case.

When looking at this box originally, it is blank. 

How is it possible to make changes to this section when there is no SSL URL to be entered in this box?
