Symptoms

FRM-13008 error occurs when opening the canvas containing a Java Bean. The Builder then crashes. 

The implementation class for the bean is set correctly and the syntax is correct.

The CLASSPATH and FORMS_BUILDER_CLASSPATH are both set to include the jar file.
