"oracle.security.jps.service.keystore.KeyStoreServiceException: Failed to perform cryptographic operation" Error Recieved While Accessing the Credential Store from Enterprise Manager Console (Doc ID 2808505.1)

When trying to access the Credential Stores in Enterprise Manager (EM) UI Console > Domain > Security, an error pops up with the following content:

"oracle.security.jps.service.keystore.KeyStoreServiceException: Failed to perform cryptographic operation"

The below error is seen in the Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) agent logs:
