Unable to Connect to ODI Studio after Changing the Expired Password (Doc ID 2809186.1)

Symptoms

Users that have "SUPERVISOR" privilege are unable to login to Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12c Studio after changing the expired password as per the password policy.

 

STEPS

  1. Connect to the ODI Repository with a SUPERVISOR user.
  2. A pop-up will show up and request to change the password.
  3. Enter the current and new password.
  4. Connect using the new password. You will be asked to change the password again.
