Symptoms
Tuxedo 12.2.2.0 installer fails with "Abnormal program termination. An internal error has occured. Please provide the following files to Oracle Support" in "Choose Max Encryption Bits" Page as shown below.
Installer logs shows that the underlying cause is "java.lang.SecurityException: The jurisdiction policy files are not signed by the expected signer! (Policy files are specific per major JDK release.Ensure the correct version is installed.)".
