Symptoms

Opatch was upgraded by executing:

java -jar PATH\Opatch_Patch_13.9.4.2.5\Opatch_Patch_13.9.4.2.5\opatch_generic.jar -silent oracle_home=PATH\Middleware

Installation successful.


Afterwards, just running opatch lsinventory returns:
