Oracle HTTP Server Target shows Down in DMS Spy (Doc ID 2810227.1)

Symptoms

Oracle HTTP Server (OHS ) target is showing down in Cloud Control. The OHS target is also showing down(0) in Dynamic Monitoring Service (DMS) Spy application.

Access and login to DMS Spy. Navigate to cam_component:Response and submit the target/component name.
