Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After changing the Url on the Transport Protocol Parameters tab for a delivery channel, outbound messages are still going to the previous Url setting.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After changing to the new Url and restarting SOA, message should flow to the new link.
