Capture Server Node Is Not Authenticating Or Redirecting To The WEC Console

Information in this document applies to any platform.
An environment has been upgraded from 22.214.171.124 to 126.96.36.199. After the upgrade, users are not able to login to the WebCenter Enterprise Server (WEC) server. The login URL appears to work as expected, but the redirect never completes back to the WEC workspace console (URL: https://<Domain>:16400/dc-console/faces/console.jspx).
The page that is displayed contains the following information after entering credentials:
System failure occurred. Contact your site administrator.
