Event Session Id Null During Resubmission of MFT Source Instance (Doc ID 2811228.1)

Symptoms

For any failed MFT Transfer, instances at the source are being resubmitting. This is leading to new instances that contain null Event Session Id. Additionally, when attempting to fetch details using getInstanceDetails under MFTEventService, it is resulting in a response which has the original status.
This makes it impossible to get the list of successfully delivered details after resubmission of an instance.
