Post OS Patching Clean Restart of Machines Caused Multiple Servers Getting Down (Doc ID 2811301.1)

Symptoms

The user reported an issue that multiple servers going down while and after patching the environment. The user did update the OS patch, and then took a clean restart of all the coherence servers but few of the servers are going down. The servers are not coordinated after patching in the cluster. Due to this, decided to roll back the patching but should bring the cluster with patching done.
