Error "Intradoc.common.ServiceException: !csDynConvFileTooLarge" when Previewing a Large File Uploaded in WebCenter Portal (Doc ID 2811322.1)

Symptoms

Error is reported when previewing an uploaded file of size 25mb to the Content Server via the WebCenter Portal Documents page.
