The user reported that when assumed all the nodes with cluster and data services were up and running, noticed that the clients failed to connect and process the requests, TCP Extend*Proxy. It behaved as if the server is hung and eventually the request gets a timeout. On the storage nodes, logs get these errors repeatedly:
