After a Migration from 11.1.1.9 to 12.2.1.4, Can the BRW_Upgrade_Database.sql be Executed Multiple Times? (Doc ID 2812490.1)

WebCenter Forms Recognition (WFR) 12.2.1.4 has been installed  on Windows 2016.

With regard to database schema, the WFR schema (11.1.1.9) has been exported and then imported to a new 12.2.1.4 database.  WFR 12.2.1.4 was then configured to use the schema.

After migrating from 11.1.1.9.0 to 12.2.1.4.0, it was noticed that there are differences with the BRW_Upgrade_Database.sql (shipped with 11.1.1.9) and the one shipped with latest 12.2.1.4.0. There are new objects being created in the 12c script which are not present in the 11.1.1.9 schema.

Can this script be run again?
