Where to put the custom jars created for customizing SiteCapture Crawler
in 12c?

The 12c SiteCapture documentation mentions in Coding the Crawler about
putting custom jars in
<SC_INSTALL_DIR>/fw-site-capture/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/lib
e.g.

However, in 12c, the Site Capture deployment is located in {ORACLE_HOME}/wcsites/sitecapture/sitecapture.war
