Symptoms
PROBLEM STATEMENT
Customer tried to update the UMS email driver’s default from address with an new email address but the system is still using the old address.
Note:
• The server’s where restarted after deleting the tmp and cache directories.
• The updated email address is in the usermessagingconfig.xml file.
