Symptoms

How to move WebLogic Install home to a new and different directory location on the same machine. This is applicable to Fusion Middleware version 12.2.1.3 and higher.

Changes

 Starting in version 12.2.1.3 of Oracle Fusion Middleware, the Test to Production feature (also known as T2P) that was used to move a Fusion Middleware home to another location on the same machine is no longer supported. There is a new procedure for this
