Symptoms

Using Oracle WebCenter Forms Recognition 12.2.1.4.0 with AP Project 2803, an error is returned in the OCR, Classification and Extraction RTS instance as well as within the Web Verifier trace.log file when processing invoices from a vendor that contains the apostrophe (') character.

Description: Document processing has been interrupted, due to a script error. Module 'Invoices', Event 'PreExtract', Line 1559, Offset 0: (&H80004005) ORA-01756: quoted string not properly terminated

and

Document processing has been interrupted, due to a script error. Module "21957_ELLE'IV', Event "ValidateDocumentInt', Line 1792, offset 0: (3021) Either BOF or EOF is True, or the current record has been deleted. Requested operation requires a current record.
