Symptoms
The customer has a BPM project that has a process initiating with timer start activity.
After deploying the project and restarting the server the timer doesn't fire.
Changes
The issue doesn't always recreate with a simple project.
The customer observed the problem after the applying the 12.2.1.3.210402 SOA Bundle
