Symptoms

After upgrading to Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12.2.1.3/12.2.1.4, Scenario executions using "startscen.sh/.cmd" fails intermittently with following error:

The error is also seen if using Agent load balancing and OdiStartScen command.
