SOA Deployment Failed Oracle.fabric.common.FabricException:Timed Out Waiting For Operation To Comple (Doc ID 2813437.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, BPEL Service Engine

After deploying the composite ,composite deployment failed with the below error. Once we stopped both managed servers (running on the same domain and associated with two different hosts and .. please refer the below server setup), composites are getting deployed successfully.

Note: Error only occurring in the SOA1 domain not in the SOA2 domain.
