Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The '\' character is being converted to a "<escape  V=" tag in OBX segments. This is creating binary data during PDF/RTF document creation.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
This did not happen in 12.1.3.0.0.
