Metadata Values Option Disabled for a Folder in WCC 12c (Doc ID 2813767.1)

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Content Server

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------


User has folders in WCC 12c and provided a user with RWD access to one Security Group (ACL enabled), but the user is unable to see the Metadata Values (it is disabled) under Folder Edit drop-down.

Folder was created with selecting ACL enabled security group, Inhibit Propagation - 'Inhibit Metadata' and 'Prompt for Metadata' also checked.

The same functionality is working fine in 11g environment which means "showing Metadata Values option under Folder Edit drop-down"
