Symptoms
When accessing a Federated protected URL, after the Identity Provider (IDP) authentication, the Service Provider(SP) side Authorization is denied and displays :
System error. Please re-try your action. If you continue to get this error, please contact the Administrator.

The issue is no longer seen after rolling back the Oracle Access Manager (OAM)12.2.1.4.210408 (BP06)
Steps to Reproduce
1. Configure MDC setup (Primary & Clone)
2. Configure IDP partner & SP Partner profiles
3. Apply OAM 12.2.1.4.210408 (BP06) on both Primary & Clone.
4. Access federated protected URL => After IDP authentication=> The SP side Authorization is denied and displays : Error "System error. Please re-try your action. If you continue to get this error, please contact the Administrator."
