Symptoms

Directory Integration Platform (DIP) with Oracle Unified Directory (OUD).

Bootstrapping users from remote directory into OUD fails with DIP wls_ods1 log error:

<Error> <oracle.dip.bootstrap> <DIP-11024> <Error occurred while loading . Ignoring <container or suffix_DN>
<container or suffix_DN>  [LDAP: error code 50 - The entry <container or suffix_DN> cannot be added due to insufficient access rights]
       at oracle.ldap.odip.bootstrap.WriterFactory$FactoryLDAPWriter.writeRecord(WriterFactory.java:480)
