Shutdown of Managed Server Takes Long Time from WebLogic Console (Doc ID 2814586.1)

Symptoms

Only one Managed server from the cluster, is taking a long time to get to "shutdown" status from the WebLogic console.

After submitting the request to force shutdown, it spins for about 5 to 6 minutes, and then the status goes to "shutdown".
