Using Direct IPM Commits in Capture Generates 'TCM-08005: User does not have create permissions' Error (Doc ID 2815258.1)

When Capture attempts to direct commit documents to Imaging, the below error message occurs:

TCM-08005
Caused by: oracle.imaging.ImagingException: TCM-08005: User does not have create permissions.
faultType: SECURITY

Updated the oracle.wsm.security setting for the WLS Domain in Enterprise Manager.
