WFR Reporting Exported Files Count Doesn't Match EBS Input Files Count (Doc ID 2815535.1)

Symptoms

It was observed that the WFR AP Reporting Exported Batch Count (State 800) as reported in the OFRDocument and OFRDocStatus tables does not match the number of imported batches that EBS reports.

In reviewing a month or so daily report counts, the difference between the WFR Exported batch count and the EBS Imported batch count is often zero, but at times, it is a negative number, and at times, a positive number.

No errors are reported in the WFR H_ logs.
