APEX Does Not Accept Sysdate in neither List Of Values (LOV) or Queries entered in SQLWorkshop (Doc ID 2816299.1)

On : APEX 21.1 version, Flow Builder

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When creating a LOV with a query that has a where clause with sysdate, it can not validate or save

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Query gets validated/saved even if using sysdate in where clause

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a LOV with a query like

select 'A' as col1, 'B' as col2
from dual
where sysdate+1 > sysdate

2. Click Validate and nothing happens, the query can not be saved either
